Marjorie A. (McCarthy) Thomas, 79, of Hopedale, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Milford Regional Medical Center. She is the wife of the late Paul Thomas who passed away in 2012. She was born in Norwood, daughter of the late William McCarthy Sr. and Elma (White) McCarthy and lived in Canton and Milford before moving to Hopedale in 1979.
She was a graduate of the Canton High School class of 1963. Marjorie retired in 2013 from the Milford Regional Medical Center where she was employed as a dietician. She was a member of the Hopedale Senior Center.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna and her husband Robert Pace of Marlborough, Joel Thomas & Jerlyn of Bourne MA, Kevin Thomas & Louise of Sandwich MA, Ron Garvey & (the late) Marianne Thomas Garvey of Plymouth, MA, her Nieces Jennifer Thomas of Bourne, MA and Paula ( McCarthy) Lilley & Timothy of Bellingham, MA, and her Nephew Joel Peter Thomas & Katie = Bourne MA. She was predeceased by her brother William H. McCarthy Jr.
