Karen Ann (D'Espinosa) Carrachino, 67

Mrs. Karen Ann (D'Espinosa) Carrachino, 67, passed away unexpectedly from health complications early Wednesday morning (November 26, 2025) at her residence in Grafton, MA. She was the wife of the late Mark D. Carrachino, who died in 2005. Mrs. Carrachino was born June 25, 1958 in Norwood MA, the daughter of the late William and the late Teresa D'Espinosa. She grew up in Milford where she graduated from Milford High School and later raised her family. Karen was a dedicated secretary for Dr. Michael Kennedy in Natick for 19 years. 

Her greatest joy in life was seeing her children and grandchildren happy and healthy. She is survived by her son Jason Carrachino and his wife Jessica and their daughter Jariella of Warren MA, her daughter Jessica Carrachino and her son Evan of Northbridge MA, her daughter Ashley Mayo and her husband Phil and their children Ryan, Jax and Ellie of Grafton MA; two sisters Denise, wife of Scott Collicutt of Northbridge MA and Mary, wife of Michael Condon of Milford MA; her mother-in-law Lina Carrachino of Milford, MA, her brother-in-law William Beksha of Medway MA, her sister-in-law Lynne, wife of Paul Desjourdy of Millis MA and sister-in-law Lynette Goodart of Beacon Falls CT and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father-in-law Attilio "Pete" Carrachino, sister-in-law Lorna Beksha, and brother-in-law Timothy Goodart. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday morning, December 3, 2025 from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. at Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St. in Milford followed by a funeral Mass at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 5 E Main Street in Milford at 10:00am and burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery Milford.

I was saddened to learn of Karen’s sudden passing last week. I last saw her and all her sisters and family before Covid. Karen was lovely, kind and great fun. She will be so missed. Sending love and prayers for her families grieving.

Although many years have passed since we met, I always will remember what a great Mother and family member she was to all. She was warm funny, welcoming, hard working and smart.
