Gino J. Minardi, 77

       Gino J. Minardi, 77, of Mendon, passed away December 9, 2014 at the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Geraldine L. “Gerri” (Guerino) Minardi of 56 years. He was born in Milford, son of the late Joseph and Vera (Tanfani) Minardi and lived in Milford and Hopedale before moving to Mendon in 1974. He was educated in the Hopedale schools. He served in the US Army after 1955.
Mr. Minardi owned and operated Minardi Construction until his retirement in 2007.  
In addition to his wife he survived by his children, John B. Minardi and his wife Barbara of Millville, Mark M. Minardi and his wife Jane of Cumberland RI, Lenore Murano and her husband Robert of Bridgewater, one sister Elaine J. Meade of Hopedale, sister-in-law Josephine Guerino of Milford, five grandchildren, Marie Minardi, Tara Murano, Karissa Murano, Michael Murano and Brian Murano, many nieces and nephews. 
  A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 12 noon in the Sacred Heart Church on Hopedale St. in Hopedale MA. The calling hours will be held prior to the Mass in the Sacred Heart Church in Hopedale MA, from 10:30 to 11:30 A.M. The burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Rd in Milford.
 Arrangements are under the direction of the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home Inc. 46 Water St. Milford MA.
 In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to the American Lung Assoc. 400 Totten Pond Rd. Suite 400, Waltham ma 02451
