I am so sorry for the loss you and your family are enduring! The Bible provides us with so much comfort. We are told that we will be able to be with our loved ones again! Jesus himself said "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out!"-John chapter 5 verses 28 & 29. God also promises us at Revelation chapter 21 verses 3 & 4 that He will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more. Neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away. I hope that you will gain comfort from the scriptures. Again I am so very sorry for the loss you have suffered!!

Though I never met Steve personally, he was a great help in getting my late mother Mrs. Eleonora Opatka started with e-mail and Wordperfect through his class and a couple of home visits. She began using the computer in her 80's! We are very thankful for his time and expertise and wish you strength through the days ahead.

Karin and Michelle, I am happy to have had a colleague, mentor, and friend in Steve. He was a wonderful man capable of always bringing a smile to your face. I consider myself fortunate to have able to get to know Steve on a personal level by helping him out around the house for the past ten years. Corey and I have already shared "Steve" stories and been able to smile. I hope we can do the same soon.

Steve, you will be so missed. Your gentle nature, infectious chuckle (which I was caught impersonating a few times, oops), and your warmth as a neighbor meant a lot to me and others you met along your way. I will always think of calling you when I have a computer question - I will do my best without you. If you have any new "heavenly" powers, please use them to keep computer bugs away! We will continue to send warm thoughts and wishes to Karen and Michelle. Much love, Sarah Cleveland

Steve, Thanks for being a great and quiet bordering neighbor over the many years. And too for you and Karen kindly including us in your infamous and delicious wild pool partys on hot summer days. Secondly, your endless help with IT computer Q & A was well appreiciated. BTW, your outdoor motion lights were never defective, they trip each time I transmit a radio signal, gotcha. :) .
