William E. Parker, 66,

     

William E. Parker, 66, of Palmer passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 in his home. He was the wife of Paula Nealley of Hopedale. He was born in Leominster son of Bertha Marie (LeMay) Ryan of Palmer and the late William Parker and lived in Springfield and Chicopee before moving to Palmer in 2012.  He was educated in the Leominster schools.He was a Vietnam Army veteran and the recipient of the Purple Heart.

Mr. Parker retired in 2002 from the U.S. Postal service where he was employed as a forklift operator.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Indian River MA.

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his children, Richard Parker of Palmer, Christine Beder and her husband Timothy of Mendon, one sister Debra and her husband Rick Alexander of Palmer, two grandchildren, Jacob Beder and Lucas Beder both of Mendon.He was predeceased by his brother Wayne Parker.

A funeral home service will be held Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 10 A.M. at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA Burial will follow in the Hopedale Village Cemetery in Hopedale MA.  

Calling hour will be held Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
