Joseph Ingargiola, 95

It is with great sorrow that the family announce the passing of Joseph Ingargiola a longtime resident of Bellingham, MA. at the age of 95 years old on May 31st after a short illness.  Joseph was born on October 27, 1927 in New Bedford, MA. Joe was preceded in life by HIs loving wife Norma (Calzone) Ingargiola who passed away in 2002, brother Francis who passed in 1996 and His sister Bernice (McCormack) who passed in February 2023. Joe is survived by three loving daughters. Mrs. Gail LaBonne of Rindge, NH (wife of Maurice LaBonne), Mrs. Cindi Allain of Bellingham, MA (wife of Richard Allain), Mrs. Joan Weir of Bellingham, MA (wife of Roy Weir), His identical twin brother Casey Ingargiola of Oklahoma City, Ok. and sister Elsie Nye of Dallas, TX. Joe will be lovingly remembered by His grandchildren Keith LaBonne, Kevin LaBonne, Elise (LaBonne) Broussard, Tifany (Allain) Belanger, Jessica Gonzalez and Christopher Gonzalez. Joe also had 6 great-grandchildren Joshua, Ava, Lola, Rosalee, Roy and Stephen. Joe held many positions in the grocery industry his last being with A&P Supermarkets commuting back and forth from Nantucket Island. In his later years Joe was proud of His position working in the garden department at Wal-Mart in Bellingham, MA. until His self imposed retirement at the age of 92. Joe enjoyed watching Red Sox games on TV, a good New England clam boil and spending time with HIs family. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 9 to 11 A.M. at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home in Milford, MA.
