Michael B. Brown Sr., 67, of Hopedale, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023 at University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester. He was the husband of Arminda (Moutinho) Brown for 40 years. He was born in Boston son of the late Leo and Catherine (Cornell) Brown and moved to Hopedale in 1982. He was a graduate of the Natick High school class of 1974.
Mr. Brown retired in 2020 from the Tegra Company in Franklin and also was employed at the EMC Corporation and Data General. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Michael Brown Jr. of Hopedale Ashley and her husband John Vaz of Hopedale, two brothers, Robert Brown of Medway, John Brown of Marlborough, one sister Maureen Brown of Natick, three grandchildren, Gabby, Brayden and Ethan.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Catherine Brown and Patricia Letourneau..
Calling hours will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 8 to 9:30 A.M. at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church on Winter St. The burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery on Cedar St. in Milford.
