To all of Paul's family. I grew up on Congress Terrace. Paul and his family lived two houses away from us. Our families were very close. We knew his dad as "Scoops" ( I'm not sure how he got that nickname.) and I worked with his mother Ann at W.T. Grants. Paul was older than me, but I always had a crush on him. He was handsome and had such a nice personality. May he Rest In Peace. My most sincere condolences to all his family.
