Angelo Lasorsa, 95,

Angelo Lasorsa, 95, of Brewster, formerly of Milford, passed away peacefully at the Blaire House of Milford on August 17, 2022.  He was the husband of Anna (Berce) Lasorsa for 75 years. He was born in Milford son of the late Joseph and Theresa (Mazzarelli) Lasorsa and lived in Milford before moving to Brewster in 1985.  He was a graduate of the Milford High School class of 1945. He was a World War II and Korean War Army Veteran.           

Mr. Lasorsa retired in 1985 from the former Data General where he was employed as a printer. He was a member of the Italian American Veterans in Milford, a member of the Marchegiano Club and also the former treasurer, and a member if the Typographical Union, and a communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Atty. Joseph Lasorsa of Milford, one grandson, Dr. Matthew Lasorsa and his wife Dr. Alexsa Davila-Lasorsa of  Winter Garden FL, and three great-grandchildren, Matteo Lasorsa, Isabella Lasorsa and Giovanni Lasorsa.           

The funeral will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA.   A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 5 East Main St. The burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery on Cedar St. in Milford. Calling hours will be held Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 4 to 7 P.M
