Peter Coroniti, 82 of Milford passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021. He was the husband of Palma Angela (Catrambone) for 57 years. He was born in Gasperina, Italy son of the late Dominic Coroniti and Maria (Paparazzo) Coroniti. He came to the United States in 1957 and resided in Milford for 64 years. He worked at Dennison and later in life for Stop and Shop maintenance.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his daughters Maria Vagnini and husband Luca, and granddaughter Brianna of Framingham, Diana Coroniti of Milford, and Donna Coroniti of Franklin. He is predeceased by his brother Alfonso of Italy and Grace Terraciano of California. He is also survived by two sisters Assunta Defazio and Dina Scafuto. He also leaves behind many cousins as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was an avid Bruins fan, enjoyed watching wrestling, old western movies, listening to music from the 50’s, and gardening in the Summer. He tried to find humor in every situation and would always joke around with his family. He had one of the biggest hearts and adored all his nieces and nephews and other very close friends of the family.
The funeral will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral home 46 Water St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church 5 East Main St. The burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M.
