Christine M. (Carchia) DeLuca, 69,

      Christine M. (Carchia) DeLuca, 69, of Milford, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at her home. She was the wife of the late Michael J. DeLuca who passed away in 2016. She was born in Boston daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Gronkowski) Carchia and lived in Brighton and Dennis before moving to Milford in 1999. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Brookline class of 1967. She was employed for many years as a medical secretary for local doctors and hospitals in the local area.  

    Christine loved spending time at the beach, going on vacation cruises with her husband and reading mystery novels.

    She is survived by her children, Steven Riordan and his wife Jessica of Kingston, Nancy Riordan of Dorchester, four brothers, Nicholas Carchia of Boston, John Carchia of Nashville TN, Louis Carchia of Yarmouth, George Carchia of Hyannis,, one sister Nancy Cloherty of New Orleans LA, four grandchildren, Nathan Marques, Jonathan Riordan, Phoebe Riordan and Teddi Riordan, several nieces and nephews.

    A funeral home service will be held Thursday May 9, 2019 at 11 A.M. at the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. The burial will follow in the Massachusetts Cemetery in Bourne.

    A calling hour will be held prior to the funeral home service from 10 to 11 A.M.

    Donations in her memory can be made to the Milford Senior Center 60 north Bow St. Milford MA 01757
