Harriet A. (Dellysse) Desmond, 72,

Harriet A. (Dellysse) Desmond, 72, of Medfield, formerly of Milford, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Medway Country Manor in Medway MA. She was born in Bayshore, NY, daughter of the late Homer and Ann (Shutack) Dellysse and moved to Milford in 1969. She lived there most of her life, before moving to Medfield in 2003. She retired from Waters Corporation in 2017. She was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church

She is survived by her children, Joseph Desmond of FL, Joyce Yannon of Brick NJ, Teresa Khanna of Dover, and five grandchildren, Joseph, Kyle and Casey Yannon and Thomas and Joseph Hynes, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Dellysse and Homer Dellysse.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 10 A.M. at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church on Winter St. The burial will be in the Pine Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Farmingdale NY.

A calling hour will be held prior to the funeral Mass on Tuesday, from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St., Milford.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215, or the Pan Mass Challenge, 77 4^th Ave., Needham, MA 02494
