Karin A. (Sjulander) Thompson, 74, of Chepachet RI, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Overlook Nursing Home in Pascoag RI. She was born in Boston MA, daughter of the late Nils and Kathleen (Crossman) Sjulander and lived in Natick, and Upton Ma before moving to Chepachet RI in 1987. She was educated in the Wellesley Schools.
She is survived by her sons, David W. Thompson of VA and Brian Thompson and his wife Melissa of Blackstone, two brothers, Nils Sjulander Jr. of Clinton CT and Donald Sjulander of Madison CT, one grandchild Michael Thompson of Virginia Beach VA, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her son Mark A. Thompson and her sister Marjorie Smith.
She was an avid photographer and loved gardening and being with her family. She will be deeply missed by her family and forever in our prayers.
Calling hours will be held Saturday June 17, 2017 from 12 to 2 P.M at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA.
The burial will be at the convenience of the family.
