Donald Scott Ellmore, 49

    Donald Scott Ellmore, 49, of Milford, past away Friday, November 1, 2013, peacefully surrounded by his family in the Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of the Maria A. (Gomes) Ellmore of 26 years. He was born in Syracuse NY, son of Donald E. and Linda J. (Coulter) Ellmore of Whitinsville, and moved to Milford in 1975.
     He was a graduate of the Milford High School class of 1982 and a graduate of East Coast Aero Tech. He served in the U.S Navy.
     Mr. Ellmore was presently employed as a Field Technician Engineer at the Adcole Corp in Marlborough. After his discharge from the Navy he was employed for NASA in Cocoa FL. 
     He was a communicant of the St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Milford and was in charge of the (CHIPS) Child Identification Program for the Milford Masonic Lodge for many years. 
    In addition to his wife and parents, he leaves his children, Kristina M. Ellmore and Katelyn M. Ellmore both of Milford, two brothers Mark Ellmore of Brooklyn NY, Christopher and his wife Kathleen (McQuade) Ellmore of Lexington, many nieces and nephews.
     The funeral will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 9 A.M from the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. 
     A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. in the St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church on Winter St.
     Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
     Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
     Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the D. Scott Ellmore Scholarship Fund, 23 Glines Ave. Milford MA. 01757
